Description: The Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers (MBREA) serves the needs of real estate appraisers and those seeking appraisal services, including Realtors and other real estate agents, lenders, borrowers, and homeowners. The MBREA offers continuing education for appraiser licensing and certification, discounts on web sites for appraisers, and professional designations for appraisers that satisfy its requirements relating to experience, examination, and demonstration. The MBREA is a member of the Advisory Council of the Appraisal Foundation.
